Ужасный сервис, простояли в очереди, охранник закрыл въезд за нами, в результате подъехали к окну кассы, сказали что 3:31 и могут продать только напитки, почему тогда въезд не закрыли раньше!?

Сделали сегодня заказ в макавто. Забрали и не проверили. По приезду домой оказалось, что отсутствует картошка. Самое странное, что в 2гис есть 2 номера телефона - общая горячая линия и номер конкретно этой точки. Номер точки не отвечает, а на горячей линии мне посоветовали зафиксировать обращение и подождать 10 рабочих дней, правда подтверждения регистрации обращения мне тоже не дали. Честно говоря, я не поняла, зачем тогда нужна горячая линия и как же моя оплаченная картошечка?
