Хорошо что стало много работников но очень плохо что не работает аппарат выдачи талонов на очередь все бегают от окошка к окошку

В последнее время сервис стал гораздо лучше! Уже пару раз приходил за посылкой и не приходилось стоять в очередях по часу, хотя поток людей был довольно большой

Отошёл на 5 минут. Ребёнку нужно было срочно купить лекарства в аптеке. С талоном прибегаю. Опоздал видимо на минуту. Номера моего на табло нет. Спросил всех: прошёл или нет номер? Отвечают: не знаем. Чехорда букв, обезличенность очередей, полное безразличие всех ко всему. В итоге через минуту вызывают следующий номер. Я подхожу культурно. Предлагают взять новый талон и постоять ещё полчаса. А мне лекарства домой срочно везти. Оставил квитанцию. Уехал домой в расстройстве. Скучаю по старым очередям. А этим женщинам за стойкой - здоровья и доброты. Они просто плод нашей системы.

Отправлено письмо с уведомлением 27-11-2020. Сегодня 03-12-2020 уведомления нет, смс нет. Телефон ни один не отвечает. Позвонила на горячую линию - ответ убил: "Мы Вам ничего не должны", а и смска не пришла: "Ну пишите заявление". Услуга платная. Т.е. я за свои деньги должна придти на почту, отстоять очередь и получить за то, что заплатила.

Спасибо работнику почты Филипповой Елене Александровне-очень доскональнои и оперативно решила ситуацию с отправкой заказного письма (были неполные координаты в силу причин)-вот все бы были такими спокойными.доброжелательными и профессиональными.то ценность самой почты неоспоримо возрасла бы🌟🌟🌟
