Пошла сегодня мама в это отделение банка карту кредитную получить. Одна боится ходить, не понимает говорит сильно ни чего, а я с ней не смогла пойти. В банке у вас наверно план очередной горел, оформили мамуле моей страховку якобы обязательную за 2200 и денежки с этой самой карты списали. Молодцы. Картой она планировала воспользоваться только в марте, а тут уже должна сразу оказалась. У меня нет слов. К вам люди ходят доверяют, а вы доверием их пользуетесь. Не красиво.

Открывала 14.12.19 сберсчет, со мной работала старший менеджер Александрук Анастасия Алексеевна. Мало того, что ничего не объяснила и делала свою работу как одолжение, так еще и впоследствии выяснилось, что счет, который я открыла не существует в базе! Теперь я не могу перечислить туда средства и обратиться в отделение тоже не могу, так как нахожусь в другой стране. Спасибо сбербанк за то, что сорвали и испортили все планы!
