Два раза обращалась, оба раза оценку сделали быстро, понравилось отношение, вежливые сотрудники. Рекомендовала компанию на работе.

Заказывали оценку квартиры в субботу, сделали в четверг (четвертый рабочий и пятый календарный день) и то после нашего обращения. В тексте оценки обнаружились опечатки, но возвращаться уже не было желания. Надеюсь в банке примут. Из плюсов - довольно невысокая цена на оценку квартир в новостройках в районе ст. м. Девяткино и Парнас.

Все нормально. Оценивал квартиру- приехали в тот же день, вечером. Сделали все быстро, хотя говорили 1- 3 дня. Пошли навстречу, в банк отправили на следующий день. Цена квартиры та, что нужно. В общем, рекомендую. До этого, в другой фирме чуть сделку не сорвали.

Заказывала оценку квартиры для банка. Все очень понравилось. Никаких долгих ожиданий ответа на телефоне. По всем вопросам менеджеры вежливо консультировали. Доки можно отправить на почту, на осмотре заказчику не появляться и отчет получить в офисе/дома. Все вовремя. Претензий никаких. Если когда-нибудь еще раз понадобится оценка - обращусь сюда. Спасибо всем работающим в данной компании :)
