Хотел кредитную мультикарту. На сайте всё оформил, прислали смс, что одобрено, приходите и забирайте. Пришел - сказали "на сайте только предварительное одобрение, сейчас будем одобрять ещё раз". Подождал 10 минут, говорят идите, ждите - сегодня или завтра придет смс. Вобщем, позвонили на следующий день, одобрили сумму в 3 раза меньше. Собственно зачем мне участвовать в этом цирке? Сделайте нормальную систему чтобы не тратить время впустую и чтобы знать какой будет результат. Снял бы ещё звезду за 2 работающих окна и отсутствие бумаги в терминале электронной очереди.

Заводила заявку на сайте онлайн на кредитную карту, пришло смс о том, что для получения карты нужен только паспорт. Сегодня пришла в отделение с паспортом получить карту, но сотрудник сказала, что необходима справка с работы 2ндфл. У меня есть учётная запись на госуслугах и мне приходило смс о подтверждении запроса выписки со счета, в моменте оформления там все есть, работаю официально. Итог карту так и не получила, буду обращаться в другое отделение банка, может там сотрудники будут более толковые!

Обращался сюда как то раз, нужно было сделать две карты мастер кард, сделали в течении недели, да и за обслуживание в год за одну карту всего платить придется 150 рублей,вежливый обслуживающий персонал, быстро составили договор, без каких-либо недопониманий,понравился этот банк мне, скоро нужно будет перевести деньги своим родным, попробую перевести у Вас, так как очень хорошо отзывались о Вас мои знакомые на счет переводов.

Одно из самых плохих отделений банка.Заказывал карту , в итоге пришлось ходить за ней 2 раза !!! То интернет не работает,то сервис завис.В итоге так и не забрал.Заказывал свои реквизиты для налоговой, так они и там ошиблись в цифрах !!!! Мне пришлось потом побегать.Отделение работает больше на выдачу кредитов чем для клиентов банка ,слишком много ошибок персонала.
