Самое ужасное отделение банка в городе, просто ужас. Специалисты неквалифицированные. Оформляли ипотеку в этом отделении. Началось все с консультации, позже оказалось, что специалисты дали неполную информацию, переспрашивали друг у друга как правильно, отношение к клиенту невнимательное, еле сопроводили сделку, причем нас вели поэтапно 4 специалиста, все как один неграмотные!!! В итоге сказали, прям перед подписанием, что ипотека будет оплачиваться с комиссией 500 руб. И бесплатного варианта опл аты нет!!! Дали бесплатную карту для оплаты, только после того, как мы позвонили на горячую линию!!! Негативное впечатление от этого филиала. – показать
