Ужасный магазин!Посетили эту шаражкину контору в конце августа 2019 и впечатление сложилось не очень позитивное.На нашу просьбу-обращение к менеджеру по продаже-консультанту она нас отправила смотреть все в интернете,ну вроде там больше информации.Показала на своем ноутбуке сайт и как им пользоваться.Пришли домой,все нашли,заказали.На следующий день ппрезвонили из отдела продаж,все согласовали и сказали,что наш шкаф будет доставлен 11 сентября.Вдруг 10 сентября получаем звонок,что какие то проблемы возникли и шкаф будет доставлен 25 сентября.25 сентября ни каких звонков и ни шкафа..звоню в магазин,уточнить что за странные вещи происходят?Мне ответ-мы Вам звонили и не дозвонились,поэтому доставка переносится на 28 сентября.в назначенный день поздно вечером приходит смс с какого то номера,что это доставка и можно ли нам позвонить.В это время мы уже спим.поэтому смс обнаружили только утром.Перезвонил им сам-дали другой номер водителя,т.к.у того уже выходной.В итоге 29 сентября весь день кто то и где то везет наш шкаф.Связались с водителем в 2 часа дня,сказал,что через 2 часа приедет.И пропал...перезванивали-трубку не берут.вот уже 8 часов вечера и ни шкафа ни какой связью со службой доставки.Очень неответсвенный персонал и абсолютно не скоординированная работа организации.Не рекомендую обращаться к ним

Ужас!!!!! Заказал три изделия. Шкаф-купе МИЛАН-21. Шкаф-купе МИЛАН-14 и стол кухонный ЕР-833. С первым шкафом проблем не возникло, собрался легко, все работает. А вот со вторым возникли сложности. Двери не могли перемещаться в полном обьеме. Причина оказалась в неправильном изготовлении дна шкафа. Со столом также были проблемы- нехватало металических ножек. Но самое интересное началось потом!!!! При подаче рекламации мне через неделю прислали, внимание!!! Для шкафа-купе горизонталь боковую, а для стола ножки опять забыли. Телефон гарантийного отдела +7831266-06-84 не отвечает часами. Жалею, что отзывы не прочитал. Не связывайтесь УЖАСНАЯ КОМПАНИЯ.
