Продавцы нормальные, советуют, что лучше по качеству, и подходит для породы, а не то что подороже. Важно сказать кто у вас, сколько лет, есть ли проблемы со здоровьем. Мне помогли подобрать корм кошке с МКБ. Можно было к ветеринару заглянуть, есть в магазине. Но спешила и девочка продавец показала правильный корм, состав подходящий. И кошке он подошел, ест и не жалуется на самочувствие, для меня это важно.

Ассортимент огромный, приятные цены. Заказывала наверно уже раза 4 корм Royal Canin для йоркширского терьера. Первые разы брала порционный корм, а в последний раз взяла 1,5 кг. Корм всегда есть в наличии и это приятно, что не надо пускаться в поиски по всему городу. Еще хочу сюда на груминг заглянуть, но пока не получается.

Магазин в целом отличный. На мой взгляд продавцы и помощники очень приветливы и приятны в общении. Ответят на все вопросы. Дают нужную информацию. Ассортимент как надо. Ни много, ни мало. Всё чистенько, чётенько. Правда ставлю четвёрку за содержание собак и кошек. На самом деле это во всех зоомагазинах так содержат, но всё равно это минус. Жалко их , все ходят, тычат, стучат по стеклу, в клетках тесно.

На днях была в магазине,и хочу отметить девушку Дарью,которая мне помогла выбрать не только аксессуары для собаки,но и очень грамотно рассказала про корм, витамины и таблетки которые меня интересовали.
