Работают неграмотные люди! Понабрали с колледжей👎 Были проблемы с симкой говорю о проблеме, они(сотрудники(две молодые девушки)) даже пошевелиться не хотят. Я понимаю 6 вечера, в 7 домой идти.. Мол недавно сим восстановили.. Смысл что то делать (типо смиритесь) Проблему решил только с помощью оператора(0611) Проблема заключалась в аномально низкой скорости не тариф обновить (перезапустить программу) ничего не могут сделать говорят у нас нет данных. Что вы говорите, все у вас есть. Сотрудник даже не попыталась в пк по базе информацию узнать!!! Роспотребнадзору, а так же руководству Билайна советую наведаться в эту контору с проверкой и проверить компетентность своих работников!!! Оператор молодец, помог решить проблему, а сотрудники просто так зп получают, считаю не обоснованно!!!

Отвратительный сервис!!! Работают не грамотные люди! Законы о защите прав потребителей не знают! Этого мало они ещё и хамят! Купили телефон, через месяц обнаружили брак, забрали телефон- как будто то бы устраняют дефект- на самом деле "кормят завтраками"!
