Пользуюсь достаточно часто. Отличный персонал. Все быстро, четко, вежливо. Никаких проволочек! Бывала и в других офисах - не сравнить!!! В Северном Бутово - лучшие!

Заказ с Тульской в Бутово едет курьером уже 6 дней, дозвониться до операторов невозможно, никакой обратной связи нет, полный провал!!!

В H&M пишут срок доставки 4-5 дней. Указал Адрес , после чего СДЭК 3 раза пишет что адрес указан неверно переносит сроки доставки! Несмотря на то , что склад находится в Москве растянули доставку на 8 дней! С оператором связаться невозможно, ужасный сервис!

Отвратительная компания!Назначили доставку с 10 до 16, я просидела весь день в ожидании курьера.Никто не приехал.По телефону Куликовской никто не берёт трубку.На горячую линию звонила несколько часов.Ура,трубку взяли, пообещали,что за 20—30 минут со мной свяжется менеджер офиса Куликовской.Через час сказали тоже самое.Номер телефона курьера дают неработающий.Далее просто перестали брать трубку.И курьеру и руководству нет дела до ваших заказов, вы просто подарили им деньги и посылку!Не связыв айтесь в этим ужасов, даже почта России работает в сто раз лучше! – показать
