CDEK - это максимально низкое качество услуг по максимально высокой цене. Кто не верит - проверьте на себе и убедитесь. Заставляют вскрывать бережно упакованные посылки. Требуют маркировку! Какая может быть маркировка на изделиях ручной работы? В офисе даже интернет практически не работает.

Суббота, выходной день. 1 сотрудник и на отправку и на выдачу. 11 человек в очереди, ожидание длительное, более 15 минут. При вопросе: а где второй сотрудник, сказали что его в принципе в субботу нет. В выходной день так беспощадно забирать свободное время у людей - стыдно. Я беременна, мне и так тяжело, так и ещё ждать около 20 минут, чтобы получить свою посылку - это ад!

Небольшой офис, обслуживание хорошее. В обед и вечером народу много. Ребята, исправьте, пожалуйста, на сайте описание того как добраться до этого отделения. Никаких трамвайных путей, Му-Му и Темпл Бара там нет и в помине)))
