Все. В первую очередь коллектив и грязный отель.

Уважаемая Анжелика, добрый день. Администрация отеля приносит Вам извинения за доставленные неудобства. В настоящее время в отеле проводится косметический ремонт номеров. Уборка производится ежедневно как в номерах, так и в помещениях общего назначения. Для принятия мер просим Вас сообщить более конкретную информацию. С уважением, администрация отеля.
