Были в новогодние праздники в боулинге. Позвонили, по телефону сказали, что работают до 5.00. Забронировали дорожку и приехали играть. Первое впечатление было приятным, но это лишь первое... В 2 часа ночи почти никого не было, еще 2 дорожки было занято, но после мы вообще одни остались. Где-то в 3.50 к нам подошли и сказали, что закрываются, мол, работают до 4х ночи, а не до 5, как изначально сказали. Видимо, персонал захотел домой, а график работы только формальный. Уходя, уточнили часы работы в новогодние каникулы, девушка-администратор сказала, что до 9 января ежедневно до 4 часов ночи. Через день - два решили снова поиграть у них, а так как в прошлый раз дорожек свободных хватало, то решили не бронировать. Приехали в 2 часа ночи, но нас встретили закрытыми дверьми!!!, при этом персонал был на месте. Позвонил им по телефону, чтоб понять работают или нет. В ответ услышал, что коль никого нет, то закрылись раньше, а раз дорожку не бронировали, то, мол, сами виноваты. Вот и получается такая ситуация, что в этом боулинге вам рады тогда, когда вы заранее бронируете дорожки, а если вы этого не сделали, то вас ждать не станут, могут нагрубить и перед носом закроют дверь, даже если работать им остается по графику еще 2-3 часа! Ставлю 2 за такое отношение, хотя само место неплохое, но отношение персонала все испортило!
