Я обратилась в центр из-за проблем с моей зарядкой. Когда я пришла, меня внимательно расспросили о всех жалобах и попросили принести в сервис зарядное устройство. У меня проверили все: и телефон, и аккумулятор, и зарядку, и, как выяснилось, с ней-то и были проблемы. Ремонт не потребовался, просто купила у них же новое зарядное устройство. Можно сказать провели бесплатную диагностику телефона и даже дали несколько дельных советов по уходу за телефоном. Очень приятно, когда к тебе относятся не как к кошельку, а как к ценному клиенту. Спасибо!
