Приехали 12 сентября в 22ч с 11 месячным ребёнком на руках, у которого температура под 40. Мало того, что нам пришлось полностью оббежать здание в поисках входа, так еще и столкнулись с грубостью начиная с регистратуры, заканчивая процедурным кабинетом. Больше всего у меня вопросов к медсестре из процедурного, женщина с надутыми губами и в открытых босоножках хотела поставить моему ребёнку укол без перчаток. На мой вопрос: а вы не будете надевать перчатки? Ответила грубо и немного неадекватно:" Буду. Это защита не вам от меня, а мне от вас! Я обследована вдоль и поперёк, а вот вы НЕТ! " Все бы ничего, но на обеих ногах этой женщины были огромные шелушащиеся пятна с открытыми ранами. Псориаз ли это или еще какое-то заболевание- не знаю, но выглядит жутко! Да и вообще: по каким таким санпинам разрешено медсестре находиться в открытой обуви на босую ногу в процедурном кабинете? В 4 кабинете сидели 2 педиатра: Шатова и Чарбудагян. Врач Шатова - сидела с надменным лицом, не проявила никакого внимания, но перед другой женщиной и ее сыном с аллергическим высыпанием скакала, успокаивала и давала рекомендации. Чем ребёнок той женщины отличается от моего? Ребенка осмотрел врач Чарбудагян, назначил анализы, укол, высокую температуру сбили и на том спасибо. Толком ничего не объяснил, никаких рекомендаций не дал, кроме того, чтоб мы ехали в инфекционную по м/ж. Уверена, если бы мы пошли к нему на платный прием в Екатерининскую, отношение было бы другим! Мы приехали в отпуск из Якутска, я думала у нас медицина не на очень высоком уровне. Но знаете что, я ни разу не сталкивалась с таким отношением ни к себе, ни к ребёнку! Мы привыкли обследоваться и наблюдаться в платных клиниках, но, к сожалению, ни екатерининская, ни солнечная не выезжают на скорой к таким маленьким детям. И что мне остаётся, как матери? Терпеть такое скотское отношение, лишь бы ребёнку помогли!
