Не дозвонится, не достучаться. Безобразный банк,хотя что можно ожидать от дочки самого ужасного банка в РФ. Сделано все, что бы отгородится от простых смертных.

Первый раз в жизни пишу отзыв! Офис нужен только для того, чтобы всучить Вам подписать договор, дальнейшее обращение туда с вопросами просто бесполезно: лицо менеджера кирпичем, от улыбки и не следа, посылает Вас звонить на телефон горячей линии, куда не всегда дозвонишься. Досрочно не погасить, только за 30 суток, причем узнаем мы это только от операторов колцентра, которые ссылаются на нормы договора (я этот пункт так и не нашел, при подписании поверил менеджеру, который с широкой улыбкой на лице, чуть ли не клялся и божился мне, что проблем нет (понимаю, сам виноват). Не ходите туда, не соглашайтесь с их условиями и ничего не подписывайте. В конечном итоге, будете сидеть как и я и писать гневные отзывы, на которые. Кстати, дозвонившись по телефону горячей линии, из меня начали делать идиота, что на моем счету не достаточно средств, чтобы закрыть кредит, хотя в это время пере до мной был открыт личный кабинет со всеми цифрами. Помню, как раньше боролись с такими недобросовестными банками, но Видимо, Сберу можно все. Верной дорогой идете, товарищи! Моя оценка - минус 1.
