В данной компании 7.04.2020 были заказаны товары для диабетиков( сканер и датчики freestyle libre) 8.04.2020 товары были доставлены. Сканер(считывающее устройство) оказалось нерабочим. Я немедленно связался с менеджером, заполнил заявку на замену. Каждый день звонил менеджерам с вопросом-когда же привезут новый сканер. Менеджер по имени Алексей, ответил, что в субботу возможно 10.04. Менеджер Роман, что по выходным склад не работает и вообще у них есть на замену 5 рабочих дней, якобы так работает их база. Сегодня прошло 5 дней со дня обращения, замена не проведена до сих пор. Вынужден буду писать жалобы в головной офис компании Abbot и контролирующие органы, если не поможет, придётся обратиться в суд.

Компания, за последнее время испортилась:( Раньше всегда в моем арсенале были препараты данной компании, когда у них были оригинальные препараты! Но сейчас они продвигают индийские дженерики! Это большой минус! А физиотенз, производства Казахстана, не работает, пациенты заметили! А ещё у них работает какой-то типа менеджер или начальник, что-то вроде национального продажного менеджера, Алексей Петрович, фамилию не помню точно, Шутов, Щукин, Шубкин или как то так. Высокомерный, самоуверенный, а самое главное, никчёмный специалист, не знающий этики... Хорошо, что он живёт не Корее!!! А то бы его звали Кон Чен Ый!!!

Одна из крупнейший фармацевтических компаний, хорошо зарекомендовавшая себя на мировом рынке такими всеми известными препаратами как дюфастон, гептрал, креон, фемостон, бускопан и многие другие. Они постоянно проводят различные исследования, создают новые препараты. Сейчас их внимание уделено изменению упаковки всех препаратов. Это тоже говорит о том, что производитель не стоит на месте, а движется в ногу со временем.
