Великолепная кондитерская - гораздо вкуснее, чем многие раскрученные в городе. Все всегда безумно вкусное! И очень красивое! И хозяйка очень приятная женщина. Мой сынуля как-то разбил у них стакан в кафе за столиком. Он уже весь расстроился. Но тут вышла хозяйка и сказала, что ничего страшного! И даже денег за бой посуды не взяла! Это было давно, но случай запомнился. И с тех пор я всем эту кондитерскую рекомендую и сама здесь закупаюсь.

Пришли купить торт сразу на стол, спросили какой свежий. Нам показали на черничный и сказали, что только что выставили. Купили, принесли на работу и разрезали, а он замороженный!!! Крем со льдом просто, уж явно он не сегодняшний! Коржи сухие. Стыдно было перед коллегами. Ребят, вы хоть предупреждайте, что торты замороженные и им хотя бы час нужно постоять растаять! Есть замороженный крем за 820 руб с сухими коржами это прям перебор

Добрый день! По современным технологиям многие торты готовятся через шоковую заморозку. И, конечно, они должны проходить этап дефростации перед подачей, чтобы вы могли оценить истинный вкус торта. Мне искренне жаль, что вам продали торт таким образом. Со своей сотороны я разберусь, чтобы в дальнейшем такого не повторялось. А для вас в нашей кондитерской будет комплимент в виде коробочки сладостей, при следующем визите назовите ваше имя
