Товар подобрали, хороший. Предложений больше, чем в М - видео. (Покупала мясорубку) А вот кассир, который убедительно просил меня оценить качество её работы на "отлично" - огорчил. Я бы и оценила, с радостью на "отлично", если бы на самом деле так и было, раз и если бы меня не просили об этом, два!

Даже не знаю с чего начать! Был оформлен заказ на сумму свыше 100 тр, но во время не привезён. При этом даже в день доставки мне не позвонили! Сейчас дозвониться не могу и ответ конкретный, где моя техника и когда доставят, дать никто не может. Переводят на один отдел, потом на другой. С магазином не соединяют! Поражает, конечно, сервис крупных компаний!!!

На сайте пишет, что есть в наличии сетевые фильтры, по факту консультанты говорят уже, что их нет, впустую смотался, разочарован магазином окончательно

Купила стиральную машину 27.01.2017 г. Доставку назначили на 29.01.2017 г. С 10:00 до 13:00ч. Вызвала мастера для установки стиральной машины, но машинку в назначенное время не привезли!!! Игнор со стороны магазина, не предупреждений, что будет задержка, ни обозначения все таки когда же будет доставка.. вообще ни каких действий.. Просто суперско хамское отношение. Звонила два раза по номеру 8-800-250-25-25, сказали ждите ответного звонка. Никто не позвонил. Теперь я даже не знаю вообще увижу я свою купленную стиральную машинку. Мастеру пришлось платить не устойку. А связи с магазином никакой нет. – показать
