Пользуюсь этим сервисом 6 лет, и теперь уже не осталось вопросов, что это отличный способ для заказа товаров. Спасибо всему персоналу за работу, и шаги навстречу в спорных ситуациях. Есть некоторые моменты(в комменте), но сервис очень хорош.

Добрый день. Обратитесь с вашей проблемой в центральный офис EMEX на проспекте Калинина 117. Эл.почта ooo.emex39(собака)gmail.com Причём здесь купил со скидкой или не со скидкой. Есть закон о Правах Потребителей, регламентирующий деятельность. Разберёмся и поможем.

Дополню. Будьте осторожны: Заказывал деталь по vin - не подошла, и доставка обратно вышла в 50% стоимости товара 1864₽ от 3733₽ (7,26 кг. габариты небольшие: 26*26*10см). Сотрудники не всегда верно оценивают стоимость обратной доставки. Не хочу ничего плохого сказать о сервисе - он очень нужный и качественный, но думайте трижды, прежде чем заказывать тяжелые товары.
