Осторожно, мошенники обманщики!!!!!! Принёс в ремонт тел сони иксперия хz2 compakt. Мне диагностировали замену экрана и процессора стоимостью 30500 рублей, (новый стоит 32000)со скидкой в официалов. Я был удивлён, т. К. Мой сломанный телефон реагировал на сенсор, и экран слабо светил я. За 1000 диагностики, я запросил официальный ответ в письменном виде(было письменное заявление). Мне хозяин(индив. предпр.) по почте отправил ответ, в котором сообщил, что информация о диагностике, является сугубо внутренней и разглашение не подлежит.!!!!!! Принёс мой гаджет в другую мастерскую, а там запросили 4000 за замену экрана, со стоимостью самого стекла. 3 часа и работающий телефон в руках!!!! Осторожно мошенники!!!!! Пойду отбивать мою 1000 принципиально.

дословно в письме - "Термин "Диагностика" подразумевает выявление неисправности (узел/модуль), его комплектация, определение полной стоимости, сроков работ. Методика диагностики определена в сервисной документации производителя и предназначена только для служебного пользования." К сожалению цена и комплектация запчастей у "серого" сервиса сильно отличается от оригинальной, от производителя.

Отличный сервисный центр! Парни хорошо знают своё дело и делают его качественно! Поскольку они являются авторизованным СЦ Nikon, то на профилактику и чистку езжу только сюда, поскольку дорогую технику хочется доверять только людям с достаточными знаниями и навыками. Заезжаю на профилактику тушки перед каждым большим путешествием. Спасибо, парни! 👍🏻
