Удобное расположение, т.к. рядом работаю, практически всегда отсутствуют очереди. Качественно, вежливо и быстро обслуживают. За год дважды по ипотечному кредиту платеж оплаченный своевременно вынесли на просрочку, объясняя техническими проблемами

И вот настал тот день когда премиум карта "системообразующего" банка превратилась в тыкву. Магазины России присоединились к бану карт этого банка, при наличии карт (в разных валютах, в том числе и в рублях, не принимают даже в России. И "банку" все равно на своих клиентов.... Ну так было сказано оператором горячей линии 400. Завязываем с этим " грандиозным банком " страны.

Чистый, просторный офис. Очень внимательный персонал, искренне заинтересованный в клиентах. Обслуживание хорошее, но очереди очень большие. Иногда приходится ждать даже больше часа.
