Обращались для подачи документов для рефинансировании потеки. Сотрудник Юлия Терещенко или Терешкова (окно 2)- отвратительно обслужила.Мало того что человек абсолютно не умеет разговаривать с людьми, так еще и к тому же не знает вообще продукты банка и условия их предоставления, дезинформировала нас сказав что для рефинансировании ипотеки необходим первоначальный взнос, при этом еще и надо быть сотрудником Газпрома. Позвонили на горячую линию, оператор опроверг ее слова. Пришлось ехать в другое отделение из-за некомпетентности работника.

самое ужасное отделение, которое только видела: сотрудники не шевелятся,создают видимость работы, только слышны смешки, кресел не предусмотренно для клиентов,очередь никак не контролируется...сплошной минус
