Не рекомендую данную компанию. Забронировал заранее, за месяц тур, при этом существенным условием был ранний вылет из Москвы в Анталию, после чего, за 4 дня до вылета поставили перед фактом, что билет куплен на рейс который уже перенесен на 10 часов.(при этом были места на другой ранний рейс). Во всём, конечно ссылаются на туроператора, хотя турагенты могут , если хотят договариваться с туроператорами, но т.к. тур искали не себе, то клиенту "и так сойдёт!".

Здравствуйте, Елена! Спасибо вам за отзыв. Нам очень жаль, что произошла столь неприятная ситуация. Понимаем ваше огорчение и полностью согласны, что описанная вами ситуация неприятная. Елена, мы все сталкивались с ситуациями задержки, переноса, отмены рейсов авиакомпаниями. О переносе время вылета Туроператор информировал нас за 4 дня до начала тура и ,к сожалению, мест на другие рейсы по тарифу, включенному в ваш тур, уже не было. Мы работаем на рынке 11 лет и имеем наработанные связи с туроператорами, но, к сожалению, в данном случае нам не удалось урегулировать ситуацию и обменять билеты на утренний рейс. Мы искренне огорчены , что данная ситуация имела место. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства!
