Заказала лекарство со скидкой. Пришла забирать его на следующий день. Сотрудница заявила, что такого заказа нет, т.к. истек срок хранения, который составляет всего одни сутки! А в моем личном кабинете написано, что заказ ждёт меня трое суток. Препарат в аптеке есть, но уже по более высокой цене. Подумала - случайность, но вчера такая же ситуация сложилась и у моей подруги. Зарезервированный заказ пропал, но его можно купить по более высокой цене. Это непорядочно отношение сотрудников аптеки к покупателям или концепция работы сети? Уважаемые покупатели аптеки ГорЗдрав, будьте внимательны, если и Вы попали в такую ситуацию, значит и Вас обманули, идите в соседнюю аптеку -там будет дешевле.
