Знаете, сейчас мы как раз видим, кто выдержит это тяжелое время, а кто нет. Многие застройщики обнанкротились, или на грани. С Эталоном все иначе. Застройщик уверенно себя показал в нынешней ситуации, я рад, что выбрал именно его. Кто знает, что было бы с моей будущей квартирой, если бы я в свое время передумал.

Прям в точку, мы сами брали той зимой еще до короны, выбирали между вариантом подешевле и Эталоном, взяли все таки тут, дом строят, слежу за фотками и смотрим видео со стройки, а на первом варианте корона серьезно притормозила процесс, а сейчас уже вторая волна пошла, кто его знает может и 3я будет.

Всегда хотелось жить в современном доме, а не в хрущёвках или сталинках. Поэтому выбор упал на квартиры у Эталона, посмотрел проекты и вообще в восторге, один лучше другого в плане технологий. Ребята стараются совершенствоваться, это видно, да и в такой конкуренции стоять на месте вообще нельзя.

дома действительно выглядят стильно и по-новому)) С каждым разом все круче) Взяли квартиру в галактике про и не можем нарадоваться этому. Сейчас так много проектов у эталона достойных уважения и внимания. Разбегались глаза между эталоном на неве, кварталом че и галактикой про, в итоге остановились на про из-за расположения))
