На свою голову приобрёл апартаменты в ЖК спутник гк самолёт. Обещали в рекламе сдать в ноябре 2018 года, в договоре прописали май 2019 типа прозапас, пригласили на приёмку только в сентябре 2019. Апартаменты были с отделкой, но по факту состояние было ужасное - окурки по углам, драные обои, строительный мусор не убран, плитка уложена с полостями под ней, окна и двери в грязных разводах, ванна не установлена. Попросил устранить замечания и пригласить на приёмку повторно. Отказались все устранять, написали односторонний акт и не отправили. По окончании срока устранения недостатков обратился узнать когда могу прийти принять, а мне говорят, что приняли решение не устранять и через 2 дня после осмотра составили односторонний акт о передаче апартаментов. Ездил в офис на франко 8, забрал акт, но по нему ни ключи на объекте не выдали и росреестр отказался право регистрировать. Ну и ещё сказали что если хочу неустойку, то только через суд. Одним словом самый говнистый застройщик в Москве и МО (есть опыт с лидером, эталоном и пиком - любой на уровень выше) . Кому интересно, могу показать фото, видео, дать послушать аудиозаписи сотрудников. А положительным отзывам её верьте, это сами сотрудники оставляют. Больше в самолёт ни ногой.

Пришли покупать квартиру, сделали все очень быстро, если учесть что дело было перед длинными выходными, заключили сделку за два дня.

Шарага. На работу вовремя не приходят. Жду сотрудников час уже. В офисе пусто. Походу не достроят спутник

В офисе продаж приятно, никого народу, много места,уютно. А вот в отделе заселения, тьма народа, все нервничают,места мало, не комфортно.Но менеджеры, все приятные, визуально)пока проблем не возникало
