Очень плохая печать. Напечатали обложку с белой полосой и плохого качества

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за отзыв, ваш отрицательный отзыв просто не честно по отношению к нам, мы конечно просим прощения за предоставленные вам неудобства, но давайте проясним ситуацию. Вы пришли к нам, мы в свою очередь помогли вам всем чем могли, показали разные материалы, чтоб вы выбрали на чем печатать, вам были предоставлены дизайнерские услуги, абсолютно бесплатно, напечатали файл и на нем была ели заметная полоска, вам даже предложили перепечатать данный лист, вы сказали "нет, нормально", после расплатились и ушли. И после всего этого вы думаете что честно поступили написав о нас и о нашей продукции плохой отзыв?

Вы оплачивали заказ после печати. Если вас не устраивало качество печати, почему оплатили? Все это можно было сказать на месте, а не портить нам оценку из за недопонимания. Мы не обманываем не кого. Очень жаль что у вас сложилось такое мнение. Будем рады видеть вас в числе наших клиентов, всего хорошего, и с наступающим.

Напечатали стрелки не того цвета, упираются, говорят про цвет разговора не было, тем самым сорвали торговую акцию. Полная некомпетентность, если бы мог поставил 0 звёзд, чек не выдают, кассовым аппаратом не пользуются, записи разговоров не ведутся.
