Получала заказ из интернет-магазина. Кассир повела себя абсолютно бестактно. Не поздоровалась, не спросила номер заказа, молча смотрела на меня. На мое закономерное ‘Вам, наверное, нужен номер заказа?’ последовало ‘Ну можем и дальше стоять и смотреть друг на друга, может быть, заказ найдётся сам’. Считаю такое общение с покупателем неприемлемым.
