Совершенно согласна с вашим отзывам. Никогда не арендуйте тут офисные или торговые площади. ООО "Офис-2011" занимается еще и рейдерскими захватами магазинов арендаторов. Заключают не достоверный договор, не указывают стоимость коммунальных услуг. Удерживают имущество арендатора, заставляют продавать имушество где-то на стороне, чтобы потом расчитаться с ними по аренде. Покупателей нет вообще проходимость 2 человека в день. А главное зам. директора Дубовицкая не в состоянии ни с кем вести переговоры, договариваться и приходить к компромису. Я очень жалею что я связалась с ними.

Торговый центр оставляет приятное впечатление, подбор марок впечатляет: Baldinini, Corneliani, Pal Zileri - все что нужно для хорошего имиджа!

И что эти бренды?? вентиляция дует из ресторана с запахом шашлыка прям в магазины на 3-й этаж, шубы моментально пропахли мясом. Отвратительный торговый центр, а администрация еще хуже.
