[цензура] организация Достоинства: нет Недостатки: объект не достроен, деньги не вернули, на претензию не ответили, [цензура]. Постараюсь без эмоций, только факты. Договор подряда КС 25/2016. Строительство дома. Срок сдачи объекта 30.09.2016. на сегодняшний день не замкнут даже тепловой контур. Деньги взяты, работы остановлены, на телефонные звонки и смс никто не отвечает, в офис попасть нет возможности. Предоставлены липовые документы на якобы оплаченные стройматериалы (от несуществующих фирм, либо организаций, подтверждающих отсутствие оплат и заказов от Стройком). На сайте компании висят спецпредложения, стоимость которых на 1/3 ниже стоимости оплаченного нами договора (по которому господин [персональные данные удалены модератором] - директор и учредитель плакал, что он с нашего договора прибыли не имеет и себе в минус работает). (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Могу предположить, поскольку вывод будет делать суд, что данная организация не имеет ничего общего к строительному бизнесу и является мошеннической для присвоения денежных средств у людей, затеявших строительство. У организации и лично учредителя множество неоплаченных долгов и проигранных дел в арбитраже. Все подтверждающие документы имеются. Если есть желание спонсировать господина и трепать себе нервы - обращайтесь - это организация для Вас!
