Доставка ужасная... товар не упаковывают должным образом! Настенные багеты приехали поврежденные и испачканные! Обменять отказались!

Ужасная консультация менеджера по телефону . Режим работы магазина до 20.00 в данный момент .Но с 19.30 не берет, ни кто трубку . Это обслуживание не международной строительной компании .

Вообще отлично. Я тут купила Алису, но ошибочно взяла без часов ,а хотела с часами увидела только дома после полной распаковки и настройки. Там конечно повыдрыкивались, но мнения сотрудников разделись 50 на 50. По итогу написала претензию и оставила им не ту колонку через 10 дней поменяли ,а они вообще и забыли 🤣 за меня и колонку мою 🤣🤣
