Очень плохое впечатление! Надеюсь в других районах везет клиентам больше. При вызове мастера конечно ожидаешь что цена "по месту" возрастет, но, друзья мои, в три(!!!!) раза - это беспредел! Мастер просит прокосультировать заказчика по телефону о том что именно нужно сделать, так еще и сразу сообщает что за "ложный вызов" нужно будет заплатить. На момент разговора я вполне адекватно отнеслась к этому требованию, учитывая что с контактным центром обговорила возможность установки простого замка для деревянной двери, который предоставляет фирма. Но по приезду стало сразу очевидно что в деревянную дверь мастер с небольшим чемоданчиком не просто не хотел установить что-либо, а просто не собирался, заломив цену и получив отказ, забрав свой "ложный" он счастливо удалился, сбросив все недоумение, на то что не с ним, а с контактным центром проведена беседа и это они вводят в заблуждение. Непонятно как во время подобного описания проблемы мне называют одну цену , а по приезду мастера выясняется что названная цена и это ваш замок, и то если он ему понравится....а так озвучена цена в три(!!!!) раза выше, абсолютное надувательство! Пожалуйста относитесь внимательнее к выбору мастеров и консультации по телефону! Чека мне не выдали, деньги потеряли, а о фирме остались самые неприятные впечатления.
