Приехала семьей в магазин.Купить одежду для будущего новорожденного ребенка .На сайте магазина написано что он работает до 20:00.Была с сыном,на каждом этаже нас пытались выпроводить,подходили и без конца говорили,что магазин через 15 минут закроется.Хотя на сайте смотрела,что он работает до 8-ми,а не до 7.Когда на 1 этаже перед выходом сын решил посмотреть игрушку,подошел охранник и опять говорит ,что касса через 5 минут закроется.Мы не стали даже сок у них покупать,из за такого подхода к покупателям.Сразу после нашего выхода они закрыли двери.Было это в 18:55 .дата 02.05.20.Не приятно.На каждом этаже стоят толпами сотрудники,ничего не лелают,бездельничают и выпроваживают покупателя.

Добрый день! В связи пандемией мы были вынуждены изменить график работы. Информация о новом режиме работы указана на нашем сайте достоверно. К сожалению, в связи с ограничительными мерами по движению общественного транспорта, введенными в нашем городе, мы вынуждены закрываться во время. Иначе, как персонал магазина, так и наши любимые клиенты не смогут попасть домой. Сотрудники магазина с заботой относятся к каждому клиенту, напоминая о введенных ограничительных мерах. На основании вашего обращения была проведена проверка с помощью камер видеонаблюдения. Проверка выявила факт закрытия магазина в 19:07, магазин не раскрывался раньше положенного срока.Нам очень жаль, что у Вас осталось такое впечатление, и мы постараемся изменить его. А для этого будем ждать вас в наших магазинах. Спасибо за оставленный отзыв, мы будем расти и развиваться для Вас.
