Хороший был центр до пандемии. Сейчас, наверное, никто не скажет, что будет после его открытия. Я не думаю, что люди бросятся что либо покупать после окончания эпидемии. Люди потеряли работу, деньги, многие надежду на свои планы. При такой не стабильной обстановке, если только не будет реальная и тотальная распродажа, чтобы взять последние деньги и придти за промтоварами - это нужно еще постараться. Скорее людской поток потечет в магазины "Эконом", если центр и Рынки откроются одновременно. А вот, если Центры откроются раньше Рынков, то какая то доля движения зацепит и Центры. Увидим.
