Посетили с ребёнком 22.06 аллерголога-иммунолога,к приёму претензий нет. Врач назначил дополнительные анализы,в выписке чётко и ясно написано,что мы записаны на повторный приём 29.06,только время не указано. 28.06 я звоню в клинику,чтобы уточнить время приёма и оказывается, что мы не записаны, надо было записаться,ни врач,ни администратор нам этого не объяснили. Зачем писать тогда об этом в выписке,вводят в заблуждение

Они отнеслись с пониманием к нашей ситуации и договорились с другими пациентами о переносе времени записи, что дало возможность врачу нас принять. Большое спасибо за вашу отзывчивость!

Были с сестрой сегодня 10.10 (упала, болела нога, записались сразу к врачу). Врач направил в травмпункт (смысл был нам ехать тогда и платить 3000 за консультацию, чтобы поехать в травмпункт, где нам всё сделали бесплатно). Врач сам рентген не сделал, указав на то, что не успеет, потому что рабочий день его заканчивается в 18:00. А если перелома нет, то через неделю к нему снова приехать на приём. Вопрос: зачем? Чтобы он сказал, что всё хорошо, и снова заплатить ему за ничего 3000? Консультация не удовлетворила потребность пациента. Туда сюда мотаться с больной ногой, ну что за бред.

Сходили с мамой к ортопеду по рекомендации маминой подруги. Ну очень хороший врач! У мамы колени болели. Врач назначил пройти обследования, сдать анализы. Вернулись с результатами, поставил диагноз. Прописал уколы в оба колена. На следующий день поставили. Сейчас у мамы прошла боль. Она так счастлива, что вернулась к нормальной жизни! Спасибо Вам)
