Уважаемые! Вы считаете нормальным, когда консультантка при полном зале покупателей кричит своему коллеге «Пойдём покурим?» Вы сотрудников по объявлению набираете? Это вне моего понимания. Девушка в желтой футболке, была на смене 19.09.2021. Руководство, обратите внимание на эту персону. Ну это ненормально. p.s. Не нужно выводить столько сотрудников в зал. Создаётся ощущение, что в смешные цены зашёл. Научите ваших сотрудников держать дистанцию с покупателями.

Магазин вроде не плохой, с виду приятный а вот качество обуви так себе. Меньше месяца назад купил Nike AirMAX 720-818 и у них лопнула подошва уже через 3 недели после активной носки.

Недостатки: Я очень люблю Nike. Зашла в Метрополисе в ваш магазин, но вышла оттуда буквально через минуту с бешено колотившимся сердцем и слезами. За мной ходила, чуть ли не навалилась консультантка на расстоянии полу метра. Я не могла нормально рассмотреть товары, ничего померить. Мне было очень неприятно и обидно до слез. Как можно настолько заботиться лишь о том, чтобы втюхать товар, но совершенно не заботясь о комфорте клиента? Дата оказания услуги: 09. 03. 2020. Описание специалиста: Консультантка

Покупал в 2017 году найки гуарачи черные, держались отлично целый год, затем решил купить ещё такие же, качество скатилось, на изгибах стали рваться после месяца носки, крайне не рекомендую покупать там обувь
