Второй подряд отзыв как под копирку про наши "высокие" цены. Сразу хочется спросить: "А с чем сравниваете?". Потому что среднерыночные цены бывают только в никчемных аналитических отчетах, а в реальности все зависит от соотношения цена/качества. Да и цена 75.000 рублей за кв.м - мы не устаем это подчеркивать - никак не превышает среднерыночные значения для этой локации. Конечно, есть более дешевые проекты в радиусе 15 км, но они, как говорится, из другой лиги. Напомню, что входит в цену: 1) выдающийся проект европейского архитектора - концепция, исключающая ощущение "окна в окна", столь характерное для большинства поселков таунхаусов; 2) суперфункциональные проекты домов (3 основных + угловые вариации) с шириной до 10,5 м; 3) по-настоящему премиальное качество строительства: монолитно-кирпичные дома на свайных фундаментах, финская фальцевая кровля, голландский облицовочный кирпич ручной формовки, инженерное оборудование производства Германии (газовый котел Vaillant) и многое другое; 4) отличное природное окружение: лес и каскад озер; 5) тишина - далеко от трассы; 6) вся городская инфраструктура в пешей доступности и в радиусе 15 минут езды; 7) поселок полностью построен и благоустроен; 8) все оформлено в собственность; 9) работает служба эксплуатации; 10) надежная охрана; 11) респектабельные дружелюбные соседи. А что касается локации, то после завершения реконструкции Волоколамского шоссе, особенно на пересечении с МКАД, наш поселок будет интереснее соседней Новой Риги, которая к тому моменту окончательно встанет благодаря огромным новостройкам.
