Сдал в ремонт робот-пылесос, диагностика стоила 2 000, после диагностики взялись за починку, починить не смогли. Оплата диагностики не возвращается, мастер вежливый, а вот хозяин этой мастерской этим замечательным качеством не обладает. Попросил кассовый чек - его не дали, хотя обязаны его выдавать согласно НК РФ, это насторожило, проверил реквизиты организации на сайте налоговой - договора заключаются от ИП, закрытого в январе 2019. Фактически договоры фиктивные и никто не несёт ответственности за принимаемую технику.
