Отвратительный сервис, телевидение не могли починить год, часто занижают скорость интернета, пока не позвонишь им. Так же часто долго проходит оплата

Местечковый провайдер, один жирный плюс против всех больших монстров - оперативная служба технической поддержки. Все. Остальное - шляпа. Тарифы замерзли на уровне 2012 года, ничего не меняется. За абонентов не держатся совсем, программ лояльности нет, скоростных тарифов нет. Средний чек 500-700 р. при скорости интернета в пределах 70-90 мегабит.

Пользуюсь пару лет, и за все это время не было каких-то серьёзных причин для недовольства провайдером. У меня самый оптимальный тариф для моих нужд. Интернета хватает на всё. Радуют классные акции и простота оплаты.
