Ужасный Мфц. Очередь за талонами чуть ли не с улицы, хотя сотрудники видно стараются.

В случае большого потока посетителей руководством центра принимается решение о привлечении дополнительных сотрудников в окна приема и зону ресепшен для выдачи талонов. При этом ожидание в электронной очереди не должно превышать 15 минут. Уточните, пожалуйста: - дату и время посещения центра; - услугу, за которой обращались; Информацию можете направить нам в социальные сети: vk.com/mydocs_mos, facebook.com/mydocs.mos. Проверим длительность ожидания и обязательно проработаем.

Внимание! По адресу Россашанский проезд дом 4б с 23 февр 2020 г нет приема. Отдел мфц перенесли по адресу ул. Кировоградская 13а. Это Торговый центр. На 3 этаже. С 10 часов!
