Мне очень нравится это отделение. Всегда всё получаю быстро и комфортно, очереди минимум. Ребята здесь работают хорошие, помогают клиентам. Часто наблюдала ситуации, когда и работники, и клиенты на позитиве - общаются, шутят. Спасибо вам!

Давно не была в нашем 17 почтовом отделении. Вчера нужно было отправить посылку. Все сотрудники были в масках и перчатках, следили за соблюдением дистанции в очереди. Поразило то, что там работает слаженная команда, даже приятно было находиться в отделении. Между собой общаются спокойно, обстановка рабочая. У меня была очень тяжелая посылка и молодой человек помог мне правильно оформить отправку, за что я ему очень-очень благодарна. Как то обычно все пишут про отрицательные моменты. А я хочу выразить благодарность, видно, что ребята очень стараются, чтобы клиентам было комфортно. Я в СМИ читала, что почта России меняет подходы в работе в лучшую сторону, теперь увидела это в нашем отделении в реальности. Еще раз спасибо за уважительное отношение к своим клиентам. Здорово, когда подбирается именно команда, нацеленная на результат, у них это хорошо получается. Теперь буду рекомендовать почту России, подход к работе действительно изменился. Желаю ребятам успехов!
