Была на данной почте 21 и 24 февраля, операторы сидят не в масках! На двери написано вход без масок запрещён. А сами ходят, болтают, и сидят без масок!

Приехал сделать денежный перевод в Казахстан. Час оператор пыталась это сделать,но у неё ничего не получилось. До того не компетентные сотрудники просто нет слов. Куда смотрит руководство!!!!!!!! Если вы оказываете эту услугу,обучите сотрудников!!!!!

Лично у меня особо претензий нет, а почитаешь отзывы, так складывается впечатление, что все вокруг такие идеальные. Все все вовремя делают, все все знают. Ребята, там тоже люди работают, и можно подумать хорошего никому и никогда ничего не сделали. Да, согласна, погрешностей много, не организовано, но будьте добрей и все будет хорошо 😉

Сегодня в 12:20 не смогла забрать свою посылку наложенным платежом, не работала программа, на вопрос когда заработает, оператор отвечает как всегда в духе Почты России «я не знаю, я не программист», а ты Дорогой клиент иди после того как этого же оператора ждал когда он доделает свои дела при пустом отделении на все 4 стороны. И да к сожалению туда сюда до обеда и после обеда за своей посылкой ходить мне тяжело на 9 месяце..
