От организации у которой с почтой России заключен договор на оказание услуг, принесла почтовую корреспонденцию на отправку, видимо сотрудник не в настроении, решила испортить и мое с утра. Один из бандеролей 330 гр. решила назвать посылкой и не приняла. Все доводы, что это бандероль, а не посылка были безуспешны. Она своим взглядом определила внутреннее содержание отправления и так решила. Просто маразм. Не дождусь, когда моя организация наконец расторгнет договор с этой конторкой, по-моему сегодня я их убедила. Один негатив от пребывания в этой конторке.

Позвонила на горячую линию заведомо узнать стоимость конверта и отправки письма с описью, озвучили 64 и 32р, взяв сотку отправилась на почту, все подписала, описала, упаковала, и тут сюрприз « с вас 280 рублей» штаа?!? Ну я ж специально звонила узнать, в итоге с меня взяли 231рубль после негодования, за что снизили 50 тайна) на вопрос «ну я ж звонила, там что дураки на телефон отвечают» сказали: «да» )) оплатить частично нал/безнал тоже не получилось, спасибо хоть работнице , я ей на карту перевела. Удивительно, что в это же время в отделении на Богдашке моя родственница на тот же адрес с тем же содержимым отправила письмо, с неё взяли 209р)) Вот вам и почта России, не расстроилась бы, если бы не звонила заранее и не сказали одно, а по факту другое)

Большие очереди, получить заказы из интернета очень сложно. Не уведомляют о пришедших к ним пакетах. Всё у них валяется месяцами.

Работаю через дорогу от данного Почтового отделения. Раньше часто приходилось по работе отправлять заказные письма и несколько раз отправляла в Кемерово ценное письмо! Прихожу всегда до обеда и ни разу не стояла в очереди) скажу больше, я всегда была одна в отделение))) может мне просто повезло, но впечатление осталось не плохое)
