Обратились в ПО 420133, РТ, г Казань, ул Адоратского, д 12, чтобы отправить посылку. Нам помогла прекрасный оператор Людмила Мусаткина, нашла подходящую коробку, предоставила крафтовую бумагу, чтобы утрамбовать содержимое посылки, очень благодарны ей за такое чуткое отношение к клиентам, просим руководство ПО по достоинству оценить работу и поощрить таком-то замечательного сотрудника!

Хорошая почта! Зимой тепло. Летом прохладно. Большое помещение. Жаль что на 2 этаже. Пенсионерам тяжело подниматься на 2 этаж.

Очереди есть, но в основном после 16, 17 часов. Персонал работает быстро, стараются всех обслужить в короткие сроки. В 2017 году были организованы терминалы с электронной очередью, что упростило их работу, мне кажется. И это лучше, чем ждать, пыхтеть и слушать ругань в живой очереди. Поставил 5

Вчера зашёл в эту почтовую организацию прождал час с лишним!народу очень много в очереди ждут!!! Кассы по приёму коммунальных услуг вежливо не торопятся,а народ видно нервничает ждёт!!! Пожилые люди стоя ожидают своей очереди которая не продвигается!!! Мало того народу много ожидают и скамеек нет!!!!!?????. До того когда талонов небыло, ни сказать, что очереди не было, очереди убывали заметно. А сейчас после того как сделали по талонам так они вообще им комфортно!!! но не посетителям ожидающим когда соизволят вызвать по талону для платежа. У них одна касса постоянно не принимает!!! То сломана говорят, то что то другое считают на этом аппарате. По этому ставлю за обслуживание 1(единицу с минусом ) такого отношения я давно нигде уже ни вижу а здесь как в прошлом веке тихий омут.будет возможность фото выложу если на слово не верите👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻1️⃣➖Спасибо за внимание. Надеюсь что в этом почтовом отделении изменится в ближайшем скором к качественному обслуживанию посетителей.
