За последнее время очень поменялась работа персонала, даже если не работает электронная очередь, дольше 5 минут ещё не находился внутри. Единственный гонорный молодой человек там есть, ну всегда через губу общается, но работу свою выполняет, поэтому и ему респект…

По сравнению с отделениями в Москве, это ужас. В сравнении с другими отделениями в Одинцово, это прорыв. Сотрудники на одну половину хорошие, а на другую "вынуждены быть вежливым и помогать". Сделают, но со скрипом, который всем слышно. Но радует, что есть действительно отзывчивые, спокойные и добродушные, которые готовы тебе помочь. Очереди большие, выдача таллонов часто не работает. Не люблю сюда ходить. При возможности, еду в Москву отправлять.

Духота, толпа народу, электронная очередь работает не понятно как,оплату по карте произвести не удалось- терминал по оплате картой у оператора не работал.

Уже дважды оказывается, что на почте нет ни коробок для посылок, ни пакетов. Чтобы это узнать, приходится 40 минут просидеть в очереди.

Огромные очереди. Работает 1 окно из 4х. Так уже много лет. Электронная очередь не ускорил процесс, да и она чаще всего её работает.
