Недавно переехала в Железнодорожный и, как оказалось, почтовых отделений здесь очень мало. На мое несчастье, из всех, ближе всего к моему дому было именно это отделение. Уже несколько раз пыталась забрать свои посылки, которые уже давным давно должны были прийти на почту и по приложению показывало, что они уже в пункте выдачи, но сотрудники говорили, что посылки ещё не пришли. Пару дней назад я, все-таки, получила одну посылку из 10. Так как я очень торопилась, то не стала вскрывать ее сразу. Кинула в сумку и ушла. Придя домой, я обнаружила, что я не заказывала данный товар. Подумала, что в интернет магазине что-то напутали, убрала в ящик и забыла до сегодняшнего дня. В приложении пришло уведомление, что часть моих посылок находится на почте и я решила сходить-проверить. Одна из сотрудниц начала со мной разговаривать на повышенных тонах из-за того, что ОНИ ЖЕ-СОТРУДНИКИ ПОЧТЫ, перепутали посылки и дали мне чужую. Со мной в жизни никто так не разговаривал, как эта женщина. Она чуть ли воровкой меня не называла, заставляла идти домой и нести им посылку, которую, опять же повторюсь, ОНИ ПЕРЕПУТАЛИ. Почему я должна перепроверять за них их же работу? Как только я включила камеру телефона, ее гонор значительно понизился. С настоящей владелицей мы связались и все уладили. Сегодня мне не удалось составить официальную жалобу, но я обязательно сделаю это завтра!!! Такое отношение неприемлемо! P.s. Остальные посылки так и не получила.

Работники вежливые, очереди есть везде. Не особо понятно, где оно находится в здании, если посещаешь отделение в первый раз. На фасаде здания ни одной вывески.
