24.04 20 вызвали мастера по ремонту стиральных машин, уровень обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего. Мастер пришел, не разобрав машину, не проведя осмотр и проверку всех механизмов,сказал,что необходима замена самой дорогой детали. Взял деньги за вызов и ушел. При обращении к диспетчеру, сказали, что это самый лучший специалист. Далее не планируем обращаться в данную фирму и так же не будем рекомендовать ее людям.

Контора ужасная.Купили стиральную машинку с заводским браком.Приехал мастер через полторы недели,заранее не предупредив о приезде,пришлось с работы срываться.Машинку проверил,потвердил заводской брак,сказал звонить завтра акт будет готов.Машинку должны бали заменить на новую.Звоню на след.день,а они говорят будем забирать на ремонт,уже и зап.часть заказали.От ремонта отказались.В итоге сказали,что приедут заберут машинку на диагностику,только после этого отдадут акт.Замечу,что мастер был,все проверил и четко сказал что акт будет готов уже завтра.Позвонили в магазин,переругались.В итоге звонят с сервиса и говорят завтра приедем привезем акт и заберем машинку.Наступило завтра,ждем ни кого.Звоню в сервис,а мне говорят машины не будет,и вообще машина должна ехать не от нас,а с магазина.Звоню в магазин,объясняю ситуацию,говорят разберемся,перезвоним.Перезванивают и оказывается,что ни кто нам не говорил,что машины не будет и что машина должна с магазина едет.Ужасная контора,врут,тянут время,и такое ощущение,что друг друга не знают и у каждого своя инфармация!!!
