Обращались года 3 назад и все было отлично. Но теперь: проблему со струйным принтером (полосатая печать) не устранили, хотя денег взяли, проверить смогли уже только у себя. неисправность как была так и осталась. Решили привезти принтер повторно - экспериментально выяснили, что режим реальному графику не соответствует (а какой он реальный хз, приезжали утром / днем / вечером - закрыто). Удалось дозвониться - мастер приехал, покрутил головой и обещал забрать принтер на следующий день, в тех пор прошло 3 месяца ругани и скандалов. Пока ничего не изменилось

Наталья Барабанова это ИП "RDM service" пишите отзыв сами себе?... Вы зря затягивайте время с ответом на мою претензию. Я просто подам исково́е заявление и передам притензию в Роспотребнадзор, это будет не лучшим исходом репутации вашей организации. (прошу не рассматривать это как угрозу, это просто констатация фактов)
