Банк находится недалеко от метро, пешком идти минут 5.Сотрудники улыбчивые, приветливые и квалифицированные. Оформление документов происходит быстро. Но вот ПИФами они совсем не управляют. Куда биржа-туда и ПИФы. Возможно, лучше просто сделать вклад. ПИФы здесь покупать не стоит.

Ужасное место неуважение к клиентам! Принимают не по очереди. Просидела 30 минут. Так и не приняли! Теперь карту этого банка даже и не хочу оформлять.

А мне понравились и локация (в трех шагах от метро) и полное отсутствие очереди и внимательно отношение. Мою довольно сложную проблему вместо положенных 30 ней придумали как разрешить за 7 минут. Сотрудники передавали инфо в другой отдел без моего участия. Я как раз вспомнила про времена 10летней давности, когда именно в этом банке помогали оплачивать операцию за рубежом и от носились как к родной.

Ужасно долго всё, очереди... с первого раза специалист неверно что-то там заполнил, и в итоге мне пришлось приезжать туда снова и снова торчать там 2 часа!
